About

Lois is a Preston based artist and medical illustrator. She is passionate about both fine art and scientific communication. ​

In her fine art, she focuses on finding the beautiful in the ordinary. Her medium of choice is oils, which she has been using since her school years. Her most recent series of paintings have been focusing on the joy she gets from her family. She currently has a piece up in the EyUp Art Exhibition in Kawa Bar in Wigan WN1 1BE. This exhibition will be up from 4-13th September 2026.

Lois' graduated with a medical degree in 2019 and is currently working as an Anatomy Lecturer at the University of Lancashire. Her pursuit into medical illustration combines her clinical background with her passion for art. She is currently studying medical illustration at the Medical Artists Education Trust.
