Medical illustration

Lois has combined her love of anatomy and medicine with her passion for art.

She is a medical doctor by training, receiving her MBBS from the Hull York Medical School in 2019. Within her medical degree, she completed a BSc in Clinical Anatomy from the University of Leeds. She has now left clinical medicine to teach full time and works as a Lecturer in Anatomy at the University of Lancashire. 

​

She is currently studying medical illustration at the Medical Artist's Education Trust. She has illustrated for a diversity in anatomy project with the University of Manchester, and Anatome Inclusive image bank Inclusive Image Bank | Anatome Education.
